The installation had a small snafu when they used one of the only outlets in the basement and covered my reset button for the GFCI on that outlet. They came back and added a second outlet strip to get away from that outlet. I had to contribute my own outlet strip the first time they were there. There were no outlet strips in the original estimate.
During training, I was told I couldn't screw anything up. Well I did, I deleted a camera view without knowing it. When the technician came back to fix the outlet strip, they reinstalled the camera into the program.
I sent an email as soon as I discovered the outlet situation and it was fixed very soon by the original technician.
Overall I am satisfied with the resolution. I wanted you to know that there was some follow up and it was all completed.
All of my interactions with personnel in the office and in the field were excellent. People were helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We even had a mixup of appointment dates at the office (I think it was my mistake in my calendar) and someone jumped in to fill in. I felt very good about that.
