Install went smooth and the Martin technicians were willing to do what was needed to complete project while on site.
System stopped recording about a week after installation, and no one noticed it for over a week after it stopped recording. System was fixed on December 6th and appears to be working fine. I have been pleased with your response in getting it up and running after we could not trouble shoot it over the phone. I can tell that you are a professional organization with customer satisfaction a high priority for you.
The Service Techs that came out were fantastic. Very nice to work with, and they did their job and did it well. They were trained obviously very well at the installation of the camera systems we needed and made suggestions to better meet our needs. We will continue to use Martin Systems as long as they are in the area. They have been our provider of security cameras inside and now outside our building for many years. They get a 5 star rating from us here.
I have been working with your company directly for 11 months now and I don't really have anything bad to say. Response time to service call is timely and the issues are usually (not all the time) taken care of the first time.
